2025 updates

Welcome to the 2025 update notes for Collection Zones. Collection Zones are updated regularly. This page highlights usability and performance enhancements plus new features.

Note

At each update, databases, infrastructure services, or shared libraries are upgraded as required to improve stability and performance or eliminate vulnerabilities. Here is the current list of shared libraries available for use in ZenPacks.

February

The February 2025 includes the latest security patches for underlying infrastructure, including collector appliance OS updates and minor fixes to several ZenPacks.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.DurationThreshold 2.1.0 to 2.1.1. This update adds minor performance improvements.

• Zenpacks.zenoss.EnterpriseSecurity 2.0.1 to 2.0.2. This update resolves logging issues.

• Zenpacks.zenoss.Impact 5.7.0 to 5.7.1. This update resolves logging issues.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.Kubernetes 1.2.0 to 2.0.0. This update adds performance improvements and resolves known issues.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.LinuxMonitor 2.3.4 to 2.3.5. This update adds monitoring support for RHEL 8.0 and RHEL 9.4.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.NetAppMonitor 4.2.1 to 5.0.0. This update adds REST API support and performance improvements, and resolves known issues.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.PS.PaloAlto 2.9.6 to 2.9.8. This update resolves known issues.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.PS.WebTransactions 1.0.3 to 1.2.0. This update adds performance improvements and resolves known issues.

• ZenPacks.zenoss.RestrictionFilter 1.0.3. This updated adds minor performance improvements.
